It is a composite metal material sourced from low carbon and processed through drawing and electro galvanizing techniques. The zinc coating on the wire is not very thick, but it provides sufficient anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties. The zinc coating surface is uniform, smooth, and bright. The electro galvanized wire typically has a zinc coating of 18-30 g/m2. For making nails, the wire should be hard with a tension strength of approximately 550Mpa. It is suitable for manufacturing U fence nails, garden nails, and more.

Additionally, the wire can be used for making fences, mesh, and more. In these applications, the wire should be slightly harder with a tension strength of around 500Mpa.
Thin diameter iron wire, ranging from 0.4-0.75mm, is also used for mask wire and packing wire.
The usual size range for this product is 0.4-5.0mm.
